​MISSION STATEMENT:

Make available to the general public a technical school for the preparation and restoration of Winning Harley-Davidson Racing Motorcycles that will compete in Vintage Road Race, Dirt Track, Scrambles and Land Speed Record Events.

Initial 2022 Fall classes will be for the construction of Replicas of the Aermacchi/Harley-Davidson Sprint CRTT Models.

CHASSIS: ONE WEEK COURSE & SUBJECTS:

( A ) Frame Preparation, Welding & Painting

( B ) Wheel Lacing & Truing

( C ) Front & Rear Suspension

( D ) Chassis Assembly

( E ) Tune & Test 

ENGINE: ONE WEEK COURSE & SUBJECTS:

( A ) Engine Preparation, Cleaning & Polishing 

( B ) Rod & Flywheel Rebuilding

( C ) Head & Cylinder Rebuilding

( D ) Engine Assembly

( E ) Tune & Test 

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLICA CRTT CHASSIS COURSE:

( A ) GOOD Core Items: COMPLETE '67 or '68 H-D Sprint S/S Rolling Chassis

( B ) Half Down, $3997.50

( A ) GOOD Core Items: COMPLETE '71 or '72 & '73 or '74 H-D Sprint Engines
